The room was uncomfortably small. The mattress was hard, leading to poor sleep quality. Some electrical plugs didn't work, unacceptable for a hotel charging over 200 euros a night.

lovely hotel, all of the staff were caring and amicable, amazing location easy to get to from train station. the room was beautiful and lovely included climate control and a tv set. we got a bathtub too. the service was all in all polite. thank you for a really really nice stay, loved it.
